5 minute cookie

This is for those days when you like I need a cookie or I'll die! This is actually a super big serving for one person so I shared mine. Here's what you need:
  • 2 tbls of butter
  • 11/2 tbls of brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 tbls of granulated sugar
  • 5 tbls of flour
  • 1/4 tsp of baking powder
  • pinch of salt 
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 1/4 tsp of vanilla
  • 1/4 cup of chocoalate chips 
First mix butter, sugar, and brown sugar with a fork in large cearial bowl. Add flour, baking powder and salt. Mix in beat egg with vannila. Add chocoalate chips. Microwave for 2 minutes.

Tip- When I made this I made with rice flour instead of all purpose flour, and honey instead of brown sugar. It still tasted super good but it was realy dry. I suggest 1tsp. of milk.

Great workout plan


Great workout plan-

· Working out is hard to stick to but is super healthy and builds muscle which burns calories even after you’re done. This workout plan works great.

· Day one- run/jog 1 and a half miles and do a hundred workout when finished (see bottom of post).

· Day two- run 1 and nearly half mile then sprint as fast as you can to finish up.do hundred workout.

· Day three- run 2 miles and half the hundred workout.

· Day four- rest day.

· Day five- walk for 5 min. and sprint for 1 min. repeat three times.

· Day six- run 2 and half miles. lift weights(see bottom of page)

· Day seven- run the bock, sprint at the very end and then lift weights

· Day eight- repeat day seven

· Day nine- rest day

· Day ten- from hear, do day seven over and over again and take a rest day once every four days

Hundred workout- 100 jumping jacks

90 crunches

80 squats

70 leg lifts (35 on each side)

60 jumping jacks

50 crunches

40 squats

30 leg lifts

20 jumping jacks

10lbs weights (five each arm)

Weights- lay down on back with 20 lb. bar and and do 15-25 of them and then do hula hooping for 15 minutes

calligraphy

This is really simple and super fun. Heres how you do it; write out name or whatever you want to write and for every stroke going up, double line it like in the picture


Then color  in the double lined space with your pencil. Add a cool design like a flower or or a butterfly.
 BTW- add tails to your names and letters


 eventualy you get better and better at it. If you realy like this, you should get a Calligraph you could get it at amazon michaels (I think) or mayby ebay. But if you get a calligraphy pen you should also take a calligraphy class.

Barrel of Candy Chocolate Cake

 
ingredients:
2 chocolate cake mixes (and the ingredients that they call for)
1 package of  Kit-Kats 
1 12 oz package of M&Ms

 Make two cakes as directed on the cake mix boxes and stack the two cakes on top of eachother with frosting in the middle. Slowly frost sides while adding the Kit-Kats to the sides. Arrange the M&Ms on the top of the cake until all frosting is covered. 

                                     Made this for my dad on Fathers day- he loved it!
